Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Khutauna P.S. Case No. 67 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Informant who is the police officer has stated that on 11.06.2018 he received secret information about assemblage of criminals at a place to commit dacoity, he along with other police personnel reached at the said place and apprehended petitioner along with other co-accused and on search of their person one loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge was recovered.

He has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motives. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 12.06.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Jhanjharpur at Madhubani in connection with Khutauna P.S. Case No. 67 of 2018.
