The petitioner seeks bail in Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 354B and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 452 and 354A of the Indian Penal Code were added. The informant alleged that the petitioner and others entered into her house and tried to outrage her modesty. On protest they assaulted the informant and his sister.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the allegations are false and concocted. There was some dispute with regard to Thela and for that the informant has lodged this false case. The petitioner is in jail since 19.01.2017. The supervising authority also found that both the sides are on inimical term on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12096 of 2017 (2) dt.18-03-2017 2/2 account of dispute with regard to Thela.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017.
