Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bijaipur P.S. Case No. 86 of 2017 (G.R. No. 1672 of 2017) registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant who is the police officer has stated that petitioner was apprehended on stolen motorcycle. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He has only taken lift and has no concern with the stolen motorcycle. He has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 17.05.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63276 of 2018(2) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Gopalganj in connection with Bijaipur P.S. Case No. 86 of 2017 (G.R. No. 1672 of 2017).
