2. This is second anticipatory bail petition. Earlier, the petition, filed for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner, stood dismissed as withdrawn, vide order dated 03.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21119 of 2023.

3. Petitioner has renewed her prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on the ground that matter between the parties has been compromised.

4. Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is again rejected. However, petitioner is directed to surrender and seek regular bail and the same shall be disposed of by the court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74152 of 2023(2) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 keeping in view of the fact that matter has been compromised between the parties.
