The petitioner seeks bail in Thawe P.S. case No. 95 of 2016 registered under Section 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 302,504 of the IPC.

The petitioner and others came and caught the deceased, Jai Prakash, son of the informant. The petitioner and Chandan Mahto are alleged to have put the deceased on the ground and petitioner stabbed the deceased in his chest resulting into his death.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no repetition of blow. The petitioner is in custody for last three years.

It appears that there is specific allegation that it was

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
