The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that in the evening of 23.05.201, Sonu Kumar, maternal grandson of Kameshwar Prasad Singh along with three others were present at the grocery shop and had used to tease the girls then informant, Shrawan Kumar, made protest. When he reached at Deodha Chouck then five persons named in the F.I.R. including the petitioner started to abuse and caused assault through fist and slaps. At that time, Sonu Kumar caused injury through bottle

In the meantime, they snatched gold chain from his neck Submission is of false implication and the injury, as found on the person of the informant, is simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. It is further submitted that co-accused, Sonu Kumar Singh has already been granted privilege of pre-arrest bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.02.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 6995 of 2017.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-III, Rosera, Samastipur, in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 64 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
