Patna High Court CWJC No.14675 of 2023(3) dt.19-10-2023 2/2 ORAL ORDER 19-10-2023 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the petitioner has issued a show cause notice dated 06.10.2023 to which the petitioner has already filed an explanation on 16.10.2023.

The present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the official respondents to pass necessary orders duly taking into consideration the explanations submitted by the petitioner. It is needless to observe that before passing any order, the petitioner as well as the Respondent No. 11 shall be granted an opportunity of hearing and if necessary objections to be filed by Respondent No. 11. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Any orders passed shall be communicated to the parties. Till such time the final orders are passed, the authorities are directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
