2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S. Case No.26 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 379, 325 and 308 of the I.P.C.
3. The allegation of inflicting lathi blow on the head of the informant causing head injury is attributed to the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. There is land dispute between the parties. The injury sustained by the injured is found to be simple in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72955 of 2024(3) dt.17-12-2024 2/2 custody since 24.07.2024. The petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M. 1st, Class, Gaya in connection with Neemchak Bathani P.S.
