The petitioners are accused in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 282 of 2016, registered under Sections 447, 341, 323,324, 307, 379, 325, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that while petitioners are named in the F.I.R. along with 5-6 others, but allegation against petitioner No.1 is to caused injury at the head of Kanti Devi, sister-in-law of the informant and also snatching golden chain by petitioner No.2 to the neck of the informant. Further submission is that the injuries as found on the

Further submission is that petitioners are in custody since 05.01.2017. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-IV, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Madhuban P.S.
