Petitioner seeks bail in Guthani P.S. Case No.197 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273/34 Indian Penal Code 30(a), 38(i), 41(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 250 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from the Bolero vehicle. The petitioner is said to be sitting in the aforesaid vehicle.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
