This application has been filed for modification in the cause title of order dated 05.08.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 20529 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide order dated 05.08.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 20529 of 2019, both petitioners were ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest and surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 126 of 2012, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, but in inadvertently, the name of village

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67903 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 and police station were wrongly been typed as Chakbahadurpur and Bachhwara, respectively, in place of Chakbahauddin and Dalsinghsarai and similarly, father's name of petitioner no. 2 was also wrongly been typed as Late Gufar Das in place of late Gujjar Das.

In view of the above submission, in cause title of order dated 05.08.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 20529 of 2019, let the name of village and police station be read as Chakbahauddin and Dalsinghsarai, respectively, and father's name of petitioner no. 2 be read as Gujjar Das. The period of surrender of petitioners is extended for four weeks from today. The order dated 05.08.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 20529 of 2019 is modified to the said extent.
