The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Laheri P.S. Case No. 268 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 353, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted with knife to one of the police personnel.

Petitioner has got criminal antecedent and he is accused in two more cases, out of which, one case has been lodged under Sections 302, 324, 120B of the I.P.C. and the other case is of Arms Act.

Considering the nature of accusation and criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69975 of 2022(3) dt.28-06-2023 2/2 antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
