The petitioners are accused in connection with Narpatganj (Basmatiya) P.S. Case No. 42 of 2017, registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of Bihar Excise Act.
The accusation is that petitioner no.1 was found in possession of 40 bottles, each containing 300 ML, and one bottle containing 375 ML India made foreign liquor, whereas petitioner No.2 was found in possession of 30 bottles, each containing 300 ML and one bottle containing 375 ML India made foreign liquor. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13449 of 2017 (2) dt.24-03-2017 2/2 petitioners have no criminal antecedent are in custody since 30.01.2017.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj (Basmatiya) P.S.
