This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

1. "That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/s, order/s, direction/s to the respondents to select the petitioner as „Sangeet Teacher‟ as his name figured in provisional merit list, but giving the remarks "STEP BEFORE" i.e. secondary Teacher Eligibility Test he has not selected while he belongs to extremely backward class [Kewat]".

The petitioner has filed a representation (Annexure-5 to

Patna High Court CWJC No.4888 of 2017 (5) dt.17-07-2018 the writ petition) before the Director, Secondary Education (respondent No. 2) for redressal of his grievance and the said representation of the petitioner is pending till date. In such circumstances, the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
