Petitioner apprehends arrest in Garkha PS Case No. 241 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 376, 379, 120B and 506 of the IPC.

It is submitted by the petitioner's Counsel that the allegation in the FIR are primarily against Mithun Rai, son of the petitioner, who had subsequently been arrested and has now been granted bail. It is submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence and has falsely been implicated in this case only to pressurise her son Mithun Rai to marry the daughter-in-law (Informant), who is wife of elder brother of Mithun Rai. The petitioner being mother in law of informant is an old lady and has been falsely implicated in this case.

No.66896 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid submissions as also the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM 14th, Saran at Chapra in Garkha PS Case No. 241 of 2018 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
