Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition under the circumstances that only relief, which the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is that the Divisional Commissioner, Darbhanga before whom he has filed an application against the order dated 18.07.2023 passed by the District Programme Officer (ICDS), Darbhanga, is pending
Patna High Court CWJC No.16523 of 2024(2) dt.13-11-2024 2/2 since the date of its filing.

Considering the aforesaid information, as well as, the relief as sought for in the present writ petition, the Divisional Commissioner, Darbhanga forthwith must call for the records relating to the selection process in respect of Ward No.5, Centre No.230, Manigachi Division expeditiously without delay and in case, he fails, for taking appropriate action, the petitioner can avail remedy before a court of law.
4. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
