This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of injury at the head of Ajay Kumar Jha. The doctor has found head injury though simple in nature.

Since, the petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.

However, in the event of surrender of the petitioner if his prays for regular bail that may be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced of this order.
