JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-08-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. a. For directing the respondents to adjudicate the Title Suit No. 62/2021 instituted by the private respondents within a given time frame, preferably six months, as the Title suit is instituted mala fide and on the strength of a forged and fabricated document, with a view to torment, torture and harass the petitioner.

b. For directing the respondents to

Patna High Court CWJC No.17835 of 2023(2) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 verify whether the land in question was auctioned by Raj Darbhanga or not, in the first instance.

c. For directing the respondents to verify the bona fides of the order of the Sub judge, Oval, Bhagalpur, dated 21/11/1934 in Case No. 339/1931, whereby the vendors of the private respondents claim to have received the decree of the land in question, in auction purchase, when the same was auctioned by Raj Darbhanga."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the learned Court of Sub-Judge-1st, Supaul for the purposes of expediting the proceedings of the pending Title Suit No. 62 of 2021, instituted by the private respondents, in which the petitioner is one of the defendants. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
