The petitioners 10 in number are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 88 of 2019 for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71226 of 2019(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/3 the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354(A), 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that altogether 26 persons were made accused and there is admitted land dispute between the parties as they are said to be constructing a house over a government land which is being resisted by the informant's side. It is further submitted that so far as the present petitioners are concerned, the allegations are general and vague in nature and no specific role has been attributed to them save and except their presence. It is further submitted that in are such other similar case, petitioners were made accused with similar allegations in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 201 of 2015, in which, they have already been granted bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioners have not been attributed any particular role, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. - II, Sasaram, District Rohtas in connection with
