Petitioners are accused in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 499 of 2016 registered for the offences alleged under Section 302 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the deceased died her natural death which would be evident from the post mortem report which mentions the cause of death to be cardio pulmonary arrest followed by chronic lung disease. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 12.12.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16258 of 2017 (2) dt.26-04-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 499 of 2016.
