Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 64 of 2018 arising out of Bihta P.S. Case No. 690 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(A) N.D.P.S. Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 220 grms Ganja from the house of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is a handicapped person. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.06.2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67034 of 2018(2) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge/Sessions Judge, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 64 of 2018 arising out of Bihta P.S. Case No. 690 of 2018.
