The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Narayanpur P.S.Case No.53 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 323, 307, 353, 186, 224, 120(B) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. As per FIR, police on confidential information about the petitioner and other accused persons who were accused in another case raided the market place and arrested the petitioner and other accused persons but several other accused persons came and tried to get the petitioner freed from clutches of the police and also assaulted the police personnel. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is general allegation against accused persons. Heard learned A.P.P. who has opposed the prayer for

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, he may surrender and pray for regular bail.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
