The Petitioner further prayed that the said proposed Tower No. 35 marked at the west side of the petitioner's land may kindly be sifted at the east side of the said land to save the petitioner's land-house and the lands of many other persons of mango orchard in which they are planning to construct their houses and by which no extra cost is likely to be taken."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
