Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 242 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 308, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant has alleged that the FIR named accused including petitioner assaulted her and also tried to kill her and her mother.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Nature of allegation is general and omnibus. No specific allegation has been made out. No allegation of any overt act has been made against the petitioner. He is in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67371 of 2018(2) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 custody since 25.07.2018.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Patna in connection with Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 242 of 2018 (G.R. No. 4413 of 2018).
