Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No.156 of 2022 registered under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that there is a case and counter case between both the parties. The doctor did not find any external injury on the body of the deceased as is evident

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71629 of 2022(4) dt.18-04-2023 2/2 from postmortem report of the deceased.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No.156 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
