Petitioner apprehends arrest in Lauriya Police Station Case No 268 of 2017 dated 24.09.2017 registered under Sections 411, 414 of Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is of recovery of stolen Bolero vehicle, which is a subject matter of Ram Nagar Police Station Case No 155 of 2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Bolero vehicle was allegedly seized parked in front of the house of one Dhananjay Kumar Dubey. The registration certificate of the vehicle in question (Annexure 3) shows that petitioner is the owner.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66806 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner above named shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, West Champaran at Bettiah in Lauriya Police Station Case No 268 of 2017 dated 24.09.2017 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438

(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
