JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For quashing the order dated 6.12.2019, passed by the District Programme Officer, Samastipur, in case no. 156 of 2018, whereby and whereunder the selection of the petitioner on the post of Sevika has been terminated with a direction to the C.D.P.O., Sarairanjan to select Afsana Khatoon on the said post and issued selection letter in her favour. The District Programme Officer, Samastipur has also stated that against the order dated 6.12.2019, an appeal may be filed before the District Magistrate,

(ii). For quashing the order dated 1.11.2022 passed in Anganwadi Appeal Case No.02 of 2020 by the learned Collector, Samastipur.

(iii). The respondent authorities may be directed to allow the petitioner to work as Anganwadi Sevika at Center No.260, Ward No.9, Sarairanjan, Samastipur as she was working since 2018 with all consequential benefits."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
