The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1561C of 2017, registered under Sections 406, 323, 379, 354 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case with ulterior motive and village politics. He further submits that there is complaint case instead of lodging an FIR against the petitioners. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
