1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 19.11.2019, passed in CWJC No.21905 of 2019, the Circle Officer, Trukaliya, East Champaran, has already passed the final order dated 18.05.2023, under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in connection with Encroachment Case No.11 of 2022-23, whereafter, the encroachment in question has also stood removed.
2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
