1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(I) For issuance of direction to the Respondent No. 1 to 6 to remove Encroachment from the land situated at Mauza- Wazidpur Maujhauli, Thana No. 720,

Patna High Court CWJC No.15809 of 2024(2) dt.21-10-2024 2/2 Khata No. 102, Plot No. 94, recorded as Gairmajarwa Aam, Bihar Sarkar, which has been illegally encroached by Respondent No. 8 to 12.

(II) For issuance of direction upon Respondent No. 6 to conduct enquiry on the report submitted by respondent No. 7, who has stated that there is 6 1⁄2" vacant land in front of plot no 93 at N.H.57, whereas the reality is that the private respondents have illegally constructed pakka house by encroaching the land in question.

(III) Also direct the respondent, Circle Officer, Bochaha, i.e. the Respondent No. 6 to measure the land in question afresh."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Bochaha Circle, District-Muzaffarpur for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
