The petitioner seeks bail in Khagaria Muffasil P.S. case No. 18 of 2017 under Section 25(1-b) A/ 26 of the Arms Act. The informant got information that a stolen motor cycle was kept in the house of petitioner. On such, a raid was conducted but the petitioner after seeing the police started fleeing away. From the house of petitioner one country made pistol and eight live cartridges were recovered.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in the case.

Considering the facts that one country made pistol and eight live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the

No.14866 of 2017 (5) dt.19-05-2017 2/2 petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 10.01.2017, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail after 10.06.2017 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Khagaria Muffasil P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017 (G.R. No. 66/17).
