The Petitioner seeks bail in Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 482 of instituted for the offence under Section(s) 323,376/511,379,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against this petitioner is that he attempted to commit rape of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the case has been compromised between the parties and a compromise petition has also been filed which is mentioned in the impugned order. The petitioner is in custody since 20.01.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above

No.14706 of 2017 (2) dt.25-04-2017 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 482 of 2016 subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
