The petitioner is said to have been successfully passed Madhyama Examination 1989 conducted by Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board Patna (for short 'the Board'), having Roll Code-99, Roll No. 397, Registration no. 1093/1989; has preferred the present writ petition, seeking a direction upon the respondent-Board for publication of her marksheet and original certificate.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that despite best efforts, till date the original certificate as well as

Patna High Court CWJC No.17151 of 2025(2) dt.27-11-2025 2/3 marksheet of Madhyama Examination 1989 has not been issued in favour of the petitioner.

Mr. Satyam Shivam Sundaram, learned Advocate for the Board, referring to Annexure-P/5 submitted that prima facie it appears that this is not a simple case for issuance of certificate, rather in tabulation register, the name of the father of the petitioner as well as her date of birth have not been mentioned. The same was required to be done at the earliest, but the petitioner has approached this Court after 35 years.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner as also the fact that she is said to have been passed Madhyama Examination long back in the year 1989, this court, instead of keeping the matter pending, extends liberty to file an appropriate application before the respondent no.4, the Secretary, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna for necessary correction as well as issuance of certificate along with the documents in support of her claim, preferably within a period of four weeks from today.

6. In case, such an application is filed, the same shall be duly considered and disposed off by an appropriate order.

7. Suffice it to observe that if the claim of the petitioner for correction and issuance of certificate finds favour,

8. The writ petition stands disposed off.
