The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 326, 307, 379, 385, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner along with co-accused persons is of demanding ransom money from the informant's son and after denial of the same the coaccused, namely, Gohal Yadav fired upon the informant's son due to which he sustained injury and they also snatched golden chain and cash of Rs. 1550/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute and

There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and no specific allegation of shot fire leveled against him rather specific allegation of firing is against co-accused person. It is further submitted that no any incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 28.06.2022.

Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as judicial custody, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 157 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria.
