4/5 CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.1. To quash the letter No. 3978 dated 10.08.2022, whereby and whereunder the Director, I.C.D.S Directorate, Bihar, Patna has declared that the post of Block Project Assistant has been abolished from the Block Level and directed all the District Programme Officers of the State of Bihar to take consequential action. II. And, to declare all consequential orders/actions/directions bad, which have been passed by various District Programme Officers and other authorities in compliance of the order contained in letter No. 3978 dated 10.08.2022. issued by The Director, ICDS Directorate, Bihar, Patna III. And further, to direct the Respondents to reinstate the petitioners on the post of Block Project Assistants at their respective place of postings with all consequential benefits, treating them as employees of Integrate Child Development Schemes under state funded category:
IV. Or, Alternatively, services of the petitioners be considered for other vacant posts in terms of the letter dated 15.04.2021 issued in by the Director, IC.D.S. Bihar, Patna

At the outset, the learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present writ petition is covered by an order dated 28.02.2023, passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, in C.W.J.C. No.355 of 2023 (Archana and Ors. vs. The State of Bihar and Ors. ), hence it is prayed that the present writ petition be disposed off in similar terms.
Having regard to the agreement arrived at in between the parties, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition in terms of the aforesaid order, passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, in the case of Archana and Ors (supra).
