JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-10-2018 Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners was allowed vide order dated 29.6.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.31816 of 2018 with direction to the petitioners to surrender within a period of six weeks.

This application has been filed for modification of the said order stating that petitioners could not arrange surety amount and now the same is arranged and petitioners are ready to surrender if period of surrender is extended. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, the period of surrender is extended to a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. This application is, accordingly, allowed.
