The petitioners seek bail in connection with N.T.P.C. (Kahalgaon) P.S. Case No.34 of 2019 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467 and 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of impersonating themselves by 9 persons, named in the F.I.R., including the petitioners in the competitive examination of constable in lieu of other candidates.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67375 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 antecedents and they are in custody since 15.08.2019. Further submission is that the similarly situated co-accused Vikram Kumar Singh has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.09.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No.61106 of 2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with N.T.P.C. (Kahalgaon) Police Station Case No.34 of 2019.
