Petitioner is in custody since 18.01.2017 in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. Charge sheet under Section 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tempering with the evidences against the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in custody for the last three months. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the
