Petitioner seeks bail in Manjhagarh P.S. Case No.65 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 354-B/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against petitioner in the written report. Petitioner is aged about 65 years and instant case has been filed on account of previous dispute.

In the written report, it is alleged that on the date of occurrence this petitioner attempted to commit illegal act with informant.

It is stated in the bail petition that petitioner has also lodged Manjhagarh P.S. Case No.214 of 2017 against

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68941 of 2018(2) dt.29-11-2018 2/2 Ghanshyam Yadav and just to put pressure instant case has been filed.

Petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No.65 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
