2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the IPC.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant alleged that some unknown thieves have stolen informant's four wheeler vehicle leading to registration of FIR against unknown.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner surfaced during course of investigation on confessional statement of co-accused person. No stolen article has been recovered from possession of petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Barh (Patna) in connection with Hathidah P.S. Case No. 79 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) AjayMishra/- U T
