Petitioners are accused in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 83 of 2016 registered under Section 302 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 1846 of 2017 on 16.03.2017 (Annexure-3). Petitioners are in custody since 06.08.2019, having no criminal antecedent.
