Petitioners, who are in custody, seek bail in connection with Excise Case No. 1483 of 2018 (Ara Town P.S. Case No. 541 of 2018) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation is recovery of 20 liter of country made liquor and 20 liters of foreign liquor from the possession of the petitioners, which was being carried on the motorcycle. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are innocent and have committed no offence. They have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been
