JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Sasaram Town P.S. Case No. 1146 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections-498A, 323, 341 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is husband of the informant. It is alleged in the written report that the petitioner and other accused persons forced the informant to get the sale deed executed with respect to the house of her father in their favour.
From perusal of the written report, it appears that except the aforesaid general allegation, there is no other specific allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 07-01-2017.

Case No. 1146 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
