Petitioner is in custody since 29.12.2016 in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 111 of 2016 registered under Sections 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who happens to be a lady is of clean antecedent, has not committed any offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. In fact, the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. and merely on the basis of confessional statement of the petitioner before the police, she has been made accused in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in custody for more than three and half months Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15941 of 2017 (3) dt.25-04-2017 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.-1st Class, Udakishanganj, District- Madhepura in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 111 of 2016.
