Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Trial No. 2236 of 2018 arising out of Complaint Case No. 578 of 2017 for the offence under sections 147, 149, 323, 341, 395, 436 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. In the instant case FIR was lodged against 18 known and 100 unknown. There is no specific role attributed to the petitioners except they were all involved in the commission of crime.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68231 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 On consideration that a coordinate bench of this court has granted anticipatory bail to nine petitioners accused in the instant case vide order dated 19.07.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 42547 of 2018.
Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Trial No. 2236 of 2018, arising out of Complaint Case No. C 578 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
