Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 202 of 2021 registered for the offence under sections 406, 420, 467 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and she has been falsely implicated in this case. She has no role in the entire transaction between her husband and the informant. Petitioner is a woman having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75260 of 2023(22) dt.01-12-2023 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 202 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
