The petitioner was directed to deposit Rs. 2,00,000/-(Two Lakhs) in the first instance and thereafter to deposit the rest of the amount in equal monthly installments within six months.

The entire amount of money has not been deposited.

Under such circumstances, a prayer was made before the Court below by the petitioner for extention of time, which was allowed and the period for payment of

The other conditions of bail granted to the petitioner were directed to remain subsisting. Mr. Ramakant Sharma, learned senior advocate for the petitioner submits that because of the default, the petitioner has apprehension that there shall not be any further extention of time and the bail bonds of the petitioner would be cancelled.

Such apprehension of the petitioner, in the opinion of this Court, is absolutely unfounded. However, in order to avoid any difficult situation for the petitioner who intends to respect the order of the Court and pay the entire amount, it is directed that on the next date when the case is fixed before the Court below, the petitioner shall pay an amount of Rs. 2,00,000/-(Two Lakhs) and make a request to the Court below for fixing a time limit within which the balance amount shall be paid. On such request, the Court below shall fix reasonable installment and also extend the time

With the aforesaid observation/direction the petition stands disposed of.
