2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 293 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was a truck driver. The criminals looted the truck and after killing him took away the truck. During investigation, the name of this petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Pankaj Kumar and some of the stolen articles have also been recovered.

4. In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72860 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 is rejected herewith.

6. The trial is directed to be expedited.
