The writ petition was disposed of vide judgment and order passed on 28.4.2015 with a direction to the Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Biharsharif to consider the grievance of the petitioner and dispose of the same within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order. On non-compliance of the order that the present contempt application has been filed.

A show cause is filed on behalf of the Municipal Commissioner enclosing an order dated 10.5.2017, a copy of which is enclosed at Annexure 'A' to the show cause, whereby

Patna High Court MJC No.969 of 2017 (5) dt.03-01-2018 the Municipal Commissioner after enquiring into the matter has disposed of the grievance of the petitioner which does not satisfy him.

The order present at Annexure 'A' to the show cause complies the direction issued by this Court on the writ petition and in case it does not satisfy the petitioner he shall be at liberty to question the same before an appropriate forum by filing an appropriate application.

The contempt application is disposed of with the liberty aforementioned.
