The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No.138 of 2018 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the specific allegation made against the petitioners that they caused death of the son of the informant, namely, Rahmat Ali, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail.
